Caldarium Regulations

1. Caldarium is part of the Wellness and SPA and Rules and Regulations for Wellness and SPA shall apply.

6. Caldarium is to be used only by the people of good health or without illnesses constituting contradictions to using the Caldarium's treatments.
7. Children under 18 can only use Caldarium under adult supervision.
8. It is not recommended to use the Caldarium if:
   1. suffering from heart diseases, hypertension and blood vessels diseases,
   2. suffering from thyroid, claustrophobia, epilepsy, acute rheumatic, tumors,
   3. acute infections and asthmatic conditions,
   4. with fever, acute inflammation of the skin, open wounds of the skin
   5. women during menstruation and pregnancy
9. In the Caldarium the temperature reaches 40 ° C and humidity is up to 40 %
10. The temperature and humidity in Caldarium can be adjusted only by the staff.
11. Prior to entering the Caldarium it is required to:
    1. use the bathroom
    2. remove all metal objects, as they may cause burns.
    3. remove glasses and contact lenses
    4. wash oneself in the shower using soap and wipe dry.
    5. take off swimwear and footwear
    6. aquire a clean dry towel
12. In Caldarium it is recomennded to sit on the towel.
13. It is forbidden to consume food, talk loudly and use mobile phone..
14. In Caldarium behaviors that may cause embarrassment to others, in particular sexual intercourse or other acts that may be interpreted as indecent under the provisions of the Code of Offences are prohibited.
15. Any health issues must be reported immediately to the staff of the Wellness and SPA.
